We process account, workspace, subscription and usage information; Telegram data delivered through valid bot interactions; messages and campaign configuration; and security/audit data needed to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide, secure, support and improve ORBIT, enforce messaging eligibility and usage limits, process billing, investigate abuse and meet lawful obligations.

Telegram data

ORBIT does not scrape Telegram members. Workspace customers control the bot interactions they configure. Telegram user data is isolated by workspace and bot relationship and retained according to configured and lawful requirements.

Your choices

Authorized workspace users can export or request deletion of data. Recipients can unsubscribe or block a bot. Some minimal suppression, billing and audit facts may be retained where required.
