Required practices

• Use official bots and make the sender and purpose clear.
• Message privately only after bot-specific activation or another valid private interaction.
• Use relevant segmentation and reasonable frequency.
• Provide and immediately honor understandable opt-out paths.
• Stop sends to blocked, unsubscribed or permanently unreachable recipients.

Monitoring

Delivery failures, blocks, complaints and unusual sending patterns may trigger throttling or review. Attempts to evade enforcement can result in workspace suspension.
