Prohibited conduct

• Scraping Telegram users or using personal-account automation for unsolicited outreach.
• Sending deceptive, harassing, illegal or rights-infringing content.
• Bypassing opt-outs, suppression, plan limits, security controls or provider restrictions.
• Distributing malware, phishing, credential theft or fraudulent offers.
• Probing or disrupting another customer’s workspace or the service.

Enforcement

PAPERBOT SOLUTIONS may investigate, rate-limit, suspend or terminate activity posing recipient, platform or legal risk and will preserve an appropriate audit record.
